“I had a great experience with 24/7 Road Assist Group. They helped recover my car when I broke down and also sorted out the service afterwards. The whole process was smooth, the price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend them.”

Genuine Mercedes parts. Nearly £400 less than the dealer’s quoted labour.
A Mercedes E-Class needed discs and pads on all four corners, front and rear. The main dealer had quoted three and a half hours of labour at main-dealer rates, with parts on top.
Motorstead arranged the same work through an appropriate independent specialist, using genuine Mercedes parts. On labour alone, the cost came in nearly £400 below the main-dealer quotation.
One completed repair, not a price guide. Repair costs depend on the vehicle, parts and work involved. Motorstead confirms the proposed price before anything is booked.

Local collection and return may be available.
Depending on the repair, your location and availability, Motorstead may be able to collect your vehicle and return it after the agreed work is complete.
- Collection from home or work may be available
- Less time arranging transport to a workshop
- Motorstead remains your point of contact
Collection is arranged by prior agreement, and the vehicle is returned once the agreed work is complete.
Whether collection is available, and whether any charge applies, depends on the repair, your location and scheduling. This is assessed case by case and confirmed before anything is booked, so collection is not guaranteed for every repair.
If the vehicle cannot be driven safely, recovery can be arranged instead. Recovery is priced separately and confirmed before dispatch.
